Shift Rapid Transit Business Case - Staff Report presented at the May 5, 2016 Strategic Priorities and Policy Committee meeting.
The updated Business Case recommends full Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) and envisions a phased construction schedule. The 24-km system would feature dedicated bus lanes and stations, as well as a tunnel, and bus wait times between 5 and 10 minutes.
